LAS VEGAS (January 2026) — AREA15 announced more than a dozen new additions scheduled to debut next year. These AREA15 new tenants opening in 2026 add retail, dining and attractions to the fast-growing entertainment district. As a result, AREA15 continues to attract visitors looking for interactive and hands-on experiences. The district sits just west of the Las Vegas Strip and draws both locals and tourists. Because of this expansion, AREA15 strengthens its position as a top entertainment destination.
Newly Signed Tenants Arriving in 2026
AREA15 confirmed two newly signed brands for 2026. First, MINISO will open a lifestyle retail store focused on affordable and design-led products. The brand sells home goods, toys, beauty items and accessories. In addition, MINISO works with more than 150 licensed brands. These include Disney, Marvel, Sanrio and Harry Potter. As a result, shoppers can expect rotating product drops and themed collections. The store encourages discovery and repeat visits. Meanwhile, House Rules will introduce a social gaming venue with food and drinks. The concept mixes a full bar, comfort food and group games. Guests can play ice curling, duckpin bowling, carrom and sapo. Because of this mix, House Rules appeals to casual visitors and large groups.
New Food and Beverage Concepts
Food plays a major role among AREA15 new tenants opening in 2026. Alien Pizza Party will serve pizza in a fully themed outer-space setting. The concept comes from the operators of Bonanno’s Pizza. Additionally, Chilango’s Tacos will bring street-style Mexican tacos with bold flavors. Cosmic Pretzel will offer colorful pretzels shaped like rockets and flying saucers. These concepts add quick and casual dining options. As a result, guests can grab food without leaving the district. Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets will also open a bakery location. The shop will sell brioche doughnuts and New Orleans-style beignets. Meanwhile, Nacho Daddy will expand its presence with gourmet nachos and craft margaritas.
Chef-Led Dining Experiences
Several chefs will also contribute to the 2026 lineup. Fuku Chicken, created by chef David Chang, will serve fried chicken sandwiches and spicy sides. The concept focuses on bold flavor and simple menus. In addition, Good Company Burgers by chef Sam Marvin will open inside AREA15. The restaurant will serve wagyu smash burgers, fries, milkshakes and beer. Another highlight is The Bowl by chef Jimmy Lee. This concept uses robotic chefs to cook meals in front of guests. Because of this setup, dining becomes part of the entertainment.
Retail and Interactive Attractions
Retail and attractions remain central to the expansion. Dolls Kill will open an immersive flagship store. The location will feature exclusive Las Vegas items and limited-edition releases. In addition, the store will host pop-ups and community events. The Museum of Ice Cream will open its largest global location at AREA15. The nearly 30,000-square-foot attraction will include an ice cream buffet, themed rooms and interactive play spaces. As a result, the venue targets both adults and families.
Thrill Attractions and Future Openings
AREA15 will also add high-energy attractions. iFLY Indoor Skydiving will build a new wind-tunnel facility at the site. The attraction will offer flight programs, STEM events and private group spaces. However, iFLY is scheduled to open in early 2027. Most other AREA15 new tenants opening in 2026 will debut throughout the year. According to AREA15 leadership, the goal remains simple. The district wants to offer something new on every visit. Because of continuous growth, 2026 marks one of the biggest years in AREA15’s history.
