The Bitcoin Conference has announced the first confirmed speakers for Bitcoin 2026, marking the start of a multi-month rollout leading up to the event. The conference will take place April 27–29, 2026, at the The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas.
Organizers report that more than 30,000 attendees have already registered. In addition, the event is on track to welcome over 40,000 participants. As the conference grows, its structure and programming are expanding to match demand. Therefore, Bitcoin 2026 will introduce new stages, focused content tracks, and dedicated experiences for a wide range of attendees.
Headline speakers to shape global Bitcoin dialogue
The first wave of confirmed speakers brings together influential leaders from finance, regulation, and industry. Together, they will address Bitcoin’s role in markets, policy, and global adoption.
Confirmed speakers include Michael Saylor, founder and executive chairman of Strategy, widely known for his role in advancing institutional Bitcoin adoption. The lineup also features Paul S. Atkins, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the first sitting SEC chair to speak at a Bitcoin Conference. In addition, Mike Selig, chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, will contribute insights on futures markets and digital asset regulation.
These speakers form the foundation of a roster that already includes more than 100 confirmed participants. As a result, the conference will cover technical development, finance, governance, and cultural perspectives.
“Bitcoin 2026 reflects how far both the conference and the ecosystem have evolved,” said Justin Doochin, Head of Events at BTC Inc. “With expanded stages and a redesigned experience, we are building an event that meets people wherever they are in their Bitcoin journey.”
Redesigned programming for every type of Bitcoiner
Bitcoin 2026 introduces a fully redesigned programming structure. Each stage aligns with specific interests and experience levels. Whether attendees are builders, investors, educators, policymakers, or newcomers, the event offers clear paths into relevant discussions.
To help participants plan their experience, the conference is promoting an interactive quiz, “What Type of Bitcoiner Are You?”, developed in partnership with Bitcoin Magazine. This tool guides attendees toward sessions that match their interests.
Six stages and more than 100 hours of content
Over three days, Bitcoin 2026 will deliver more than 100 hours of programming across six stages. These include the Nakamoto Stage, Genesis Stage, Energy Stage, Open Source Stage, Enterprise Stage, and Deep Stage.
This expanded footprint allows for deeper exploration of specialised topics. Consequently, attendees can engage with technical development, energy innovation, enterprise adoption, and cultural discussions in greater detail.
Cultural events and side experiences beyond the conference floor
Bitcoin 2026 extends beyond traditional conference programming. Alongside main sessions, attendees can access side events, meetups, and cultural activations across Las Vegas.
New additions include Compute Village, a collaborative space for builders, miners, and infrastructure leaders. The Women of Bitcoin Bash will spotlight women shaping the ecosystem. Meanwhile, the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium will focus on enterprise and institutional adoption.
The event will also feature a Bitcoin Art Gallery curated by Bitcoin Magazine, highlighting creative expression inspired by Bitcoin culture. These experiences aim to strengthen community ties while showcasing the ecosystem’s diversity.
