The noodle den serves lunar new year dishes
LAS VEGAS (January 2026) – SAHARA Las Vegas celebrates Lunar New Year with food and live action across the casino. Guests can visit The Noodle Den for a limited-time Lunar New Year menu. They can also watch a lion dance travel through the resort. Together, these events bring holiday energy to the Las Vegas Strip.
This celebration honors the Year of the Horse. It also gives guests a fun reason to gather. Plus, it puts traditional flavors front and center.

The menu adds premium dishes for a short run
The Noodle Den brings Northern China flavors to the Lunar New Year table. The team builds the menu around shared plates. As a result, groups can taste more than one dish in a single visit.
The menu runs from Friday, Feb. 13, through Friday, Feb. 27. During that window, the restaurant adds several festive items. For example, guests can order Bird’s Nest Soup for $138. They can also try Salted Egg Yolk Live Lobster for $118. In addition, the menu includes Braised Abalone with Mustard Greens for $68.
Seafood fans can pick Shanghai Stir-Fried Prawns for $48. Meanwhile, guests who want something green can choose Garlic Snow Pea Leaves (8) for $38. If you want a shareable starter, then try Wagyu Beef Potstickers (8) for $28. Or, choose Steamed Jade Dumplings (8) for $28. Finally, guests can warm up with Crab Meat and Fish Maw Soup for $28.

The lion dance moves through the casino on feb. 20
SAHARA Las Vegas will host a lion dance on Friday, Feb. 20. The dance starts at 6 p.m. at the resort entrance. Then, the lions will move through the property and bring sound, color, and motion to the casino floor.
The lion dance remains a key Lunar New Year tradition. People link it with good fortune, prosperity, and happiness. Because of that, many guests stop to watch and take photos.
The route will pass Chickie’s & Pete’s first. Next, it will move by Balla Italian Soul. After that, it will pass The Noodle Den and CASBAR. Finally, it will end at the High Limit Room.

Dining hours make planning easy
The Noodle Den serves dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. So, guests can plan an early meal or a later dinner. Also, the Lunar New Year dates may draw more diners.
