The annual event, hosted by SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), combined celebration, culture, and high-value networking. It all happened the evening before IMEX Frankfurt, setting the stage for a productive week.
SITE NITE keeps growing with global impact
This year’s event stood out for more than just its numbers. As SITE NITE Europe’s influence expands, SITE used the moment to launch its new “chapter-lite” model called SITE affiliates. The program helps professionals in areas with fewer than 20 active SITE members form a local affiliate. Each group will be led by dedicated local professionals and backed by SITE HQ.

Set inside the stylish, reimagined Depot 1899—a former tram depot turned social venue—the evening offered top-tier hospitality and real conversation at SITE NITE Europe 2025.
