Campus 2025
The Las Vegas nonprofit community is getting a bold, fresh wave of energy this fall as the Collaboration Center Foundation launches its first-ever CollabChella music festival. The event, built from the ground up to merge purpose with party, will take place Saturday, September 13, from 4 to 9 p.m. on the organization’s southwest Las Vegas campus at 8390 W Windmill Lane.

A bold twist on nonprofit engagement
CollabChella aims to shift the traditional fundraising landscape into something younger, louder, and more accessible. The team behind the event believes this inaugural music celebration will not only raise critical awareness for the disability community but also introduce a new generation to the Collaboration Center’s mission. Organizers chose a live music format to capture the attention of adults ages 21 and up in a casual, open-air setting far different from the standard ballroom gala. The concept is simple—build a night that feels like a festival, acts like a movement, and leaves a lasting impact. Tickets are priced to encourage early attendance: $30 for early bird admission through September 2, then $40 up to the day of the event. Every dollar raised goes back to disability resources that serve thousands of Nevadans each year.
Food, live music, and meaningful connection
The campus will transform into a full-scale festival zone, complete with a curated lineup of local bands, food trucks, drinks, and merchandise vendors. Event planners are intentionally blending entertainment with advocacy, allowing guests to learn about services and support systems while enjoying a night out. Organizers expect strong attendance from both local residents and supporters of disability inclusion initiatives. Supporters will hear live music across multiple genres, browse handmade and branded merchandise, and enjoy a rotating selection of meals and beverages—all while surrounded by the organizations and families that benefit directly from the event. The evening isn’t just about awareness—it’s about showing how powerful inclusion can look when done through celebration rather than speeches.
Powered by local sponsors and strategic support
The festival is backed by an impressive lineup of community supporters including Cashman Photo Enterprises, Penta Building Group, By Design, Haven Park, and ConvExx. These sponsors aren’t just providing funding—they’re championing a shift in how nonprofits connect with future donors. Rather than formal fundraisers or corporate events, CollabChella positions itself as a cultural moment that reflects the energy and diversity of the people it serves. Sponsorship packages start at $1,000 and offer significant exposure to a deeply engaged audience. The event offers a new kind of brand alignment—one built on values and visibility instead of status and exclusivity.
Rooted in accessibility and purpose
Established in 2019, the Collaboration Center Foundation has quickly become Nevada’s largest hub for disability services, housing multiple organizations on its dedicated campus. Through its Pathways Program, the Center offers concierge-style case management to families navigating the complex disability services network. The goal is to simplify access while improving life outcomes for individuals with intellectual, physical, developmental, and learning disabilities. From healthcare to education to job readiness, the Center serves as a one-stop destination for comprehensive support. That same mission of accessibility drives CollabChella. By offering a financially reasonable ticket and inclusive event setup, the Center ensures that its community-focused festival truly welcomes everyone—both on stage and in the crowd.
More than music—it’s a movement
Leadership at the Collaboration Center sees this as more than just a festival. It’s an entry point. A new way to engage supporters who may not attend a formal fundraiser but are eager to contribute to something authentic. The event proves that community and cause can co-exist in the same space as good music and great food. That blend—real stories and real joy—is what gives CollabChella its edge. It’s not just a party with a purpose. It’s the launch of an annual tradition designed to elevate awareness while breaking down barriers that have kept disability inclusion on the sidelines for too long.
