Collaboration Center will launch its first-ever music festival on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 4–9 p.m. at 8390 W. Windmill Lane in southwest Las Vegas. Adults 21+ can expect live music, local food trucks, and community energy that fuels essential disability services. This preview compiles the lineup, pricing, schedule, location, and quick contacts.
Lineup and experience
CollabChella Las Vegas presents a high-energy slate of bands and DJs drawn from the city’s most reliable crowd-raisers, including The Wedge Brothers, DJ Brit Lee, Classic Chaos, DJ Danny, Daddy’s Cult, DJ Axis, Camden West, DJ Joe Green, Mikalah Gordon, DJ Lisa Pittman, and Zowie Bowie. The program mixes live sets and DJ performances to keep momentum strong all evening. Attendees can rotate between stages, grab food from local trucks, and pick up limited-run merch built just for this inaugural year. Because the event is 21+, organizers will run a streamlined entry and ID check to keep lines short and the flow smooth.
Tickets and schedule
Early-bird tickets cost $30 through September 2. General admission tickets cost $40 from September 3–13. Sponsorship packages start at $1,000 and include on-site visibility plus community impact alignment. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. so crews can set up before the first downbeat at 4 p.m. On-site wayfinding and volunteer ushers will guide guests to stages, food trucks, restrooms, and hydration points. Parking surrounds the campus, and ride-share drop zones will be clearly marked for easy arrivals and departures. Why it matters
Collaboration Center operates Nevada’s largest disability resource network. Through its Pathways Program, the team connects individuals and families to medical, educational, and community services using a concierge case-management model that saves time and reduces stress. Every ticket sold powers more support for households that need clear answers and rapid help. Moreover, CollabChella Las Vegas creates a welcoming space where neighbors meet, volunteers engage, and partners see impact in real time. The inaugural festival also highlights the Center’s campus as a shared hub for providers and nonprofits—an ecosystem that simplifies how families find care, therapy, counseling, and inclusive recreation.
