On January 19, 2025, I had the honor of attending an extraordinary celebration of Italian cuisine at Giada’s, located in The Cromwell Hotel in Las Vegas. Invited by the esteemed Italian Trade Agency, I witnessed firsthand the event’s tribute to Italy’s candidacy for UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list. This unforgettable gathering was held during the Winter Fancy Food Show 2025. It showcased Italy’s unparalleled culinary traditions and its profound influence on global gastronomy.
