On January 19, 2025, I had the honor of attending an extraordinary celebration of Italian cuisine at Giada’s, located in The Cromwell Hotel in Las Vegas. Invited by the esteemed Italian Trade Agency, I witnessed firsthand the event’s tribute to Italy’s candidacy for UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
