A Place Where Dreams Begin
In the heart of Las Vegas, The Little Vegas Chapel remains one of the most beloved wedding destinations in the city. Known for its award-winning service, full-service ceremonies, and joyful energy, this chapel welcomes couples from around the world.
Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Elmer Turcios, Media Coordinator and Photographer at The Little Vegas Chapel. He shared what makes this iconic Las Vegas wedding venue such a magical place for couples.
The Story Behind the Chapel
The Little Vegas Chapel opened in 2013 to meet the growing demand for full-service wedding experiences in Las Vegas. From the beginning, the goal was simple — to make every wedding easy, memorable, and fun.
In 2019, the chapel moved to a larger, upgraded location. The new space allowed the team to offer even more personalized options and stunning photo backdrops. Since then, The Little Vegas Chapel has continued to grow as one of the city’s most recognized and loved venues.
Evolving with Modern Love
Over the past 12 years, the team has kept things fresh and creative. Elmer explained that their media department constantly explores new trends to keep couples excited.
“Vegas, baby!” he said with a grin. “We bring full service, big energy, and unforgettable fun to every ceremony.”
Because of this mindset, The Little Vegas Chapel stays relevant and modern while keeping its classic Vegas charm.
A Warm and Welcoming Experience
From the moment couples walk in, they’re treated like family. Elmer said the goal is to make guests feel at home — “like coming home for the holidays.” That warmth is what sets The Little Vegas Chapel apart.
Every ceremony is designed with care, from the lighting to the music. Whether it’s a small elopement or a big themed wedding, the atmosphere is always filled with joy and laughter.
Wedding Packages for Every Couple
The chapel offers several wedding packages for every couple and budget. Traditional ceremonies remain popular, but themed weddings have become a favorite.
“Elvis and Dolly Parton weddings are huge hits,” Elmer said. “And during Halloween, our Dracula weddings are always in demand.”
Each ceremony can be fully customized. Couples can choose their own décor, music, and vows. “All they need to do is ask,” Elmer added. “The Vegas Chapel team will make it happen.”
The Famous Drop Top Cadillac Package
From November 3–9, one of the chapel’s most exciting experiences — the Drop Top Cadillac Package — takes center stage. During this special week, couples are picked up from their hotel in a classic 1950s convertible Cadillac, driven to The Little Vegas Chapel, and greeted by Elvis himself.
The package includes three live Elvis performances, professional photos, and keepsake souvenirs — all for $1,069. “It’s been one of our favorites since day one,” Elmer said. “Classic cars, classic music, and classic Vegas fun.”
Trending Now: Fun and Creative Touches
When asked about trends, Elmer shared that Halloween weddings have been especially popular this year. “We’ve had ghosts, ghouls, and even vampires getting married,” he said, laughing.
Another growing favorite is the Sand Ceremony, where couples pour colored sand together to represent unity. “It’s a beautiful, meaningful moment,” Elmer explained. “Guests always love it.”
Planning Tips for Couples
Elmer’s best advice for couples is simple: “Make sure all your paperwork is ready before your wedding day.”
Couples must obtain a valid marriage license before their ceremony in Las Vegas, and The Little Vegas Chapel guides them through every step of the process. “We handle the details so couples can focus on celebrating their big day,” Elmer said.
