Longtime participant links menu sales to local food bank support
Ferraro’s Ristorante will once again take part in Las Vegas Restaurant Week with a limited-time prix fixe dinner menu.
The restaurant announced it will offer a four-course Italian dining experience from June 1 through June 13. The menu is priced at $80 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Now in its 16th year of participation, Ferraro’s will donate a portion of proceeds from each menu sold to Three Square Food Bank. The organization works to fight hunger across Southern Nevada.
Restaurant Week is one of the region’s largest annual dining events. It brings together local restaurants to support food relief efforts.
Menu highlights traditional Italian dishes
The Restaurant Week menu is designed as a full Italian meal. It moves from antipasti to dessert, with a mix of classic and modern dishes.
The first course features an antipasti duo. Options include Carpaccio di Manzo and Vitello Tonnato. These dishes highlight traditional flavors such as thinly sliced beef, tuna sauce, and fresh herbs.
The pasta course includes a daily ravioli selection and Bucatini Amatriciana. The pasta dish combines guanciale, pancetta, tomato, and Pecorino cheese.
For the main course, guests can choose from several entrées. Options include branzino, pollo limone, vitello piccata, and filet mignon. Each dish reflects classic Italian cooking techniques with simple ingredients.
Dessert options include tiramisu, cannoli, and a pistachio mousse creation. These dishes round out the meal with familiar Italian sweets.
Chef highlights balance of tradition and experience
Executive chef Mimmo Ferraro said the menu is built to showcase a full dining experience.
He noted that the goal is to present a range of flavors across each course. He also pointed to the restaurant’s long history with the event.
Ferraro’s has participated in Restaurant Week for more than a decade. The restaurant has continued to refine its menu each year while supporting local causes.
