New Ogden Hospitality Restaurant Debuts February 26
Henderson’s dining scene is about to welcome a major new arrival. Hayworth, the latest concept from Ogden Hospitality Founder and Executive Chef Alex Reznik, will open on Thursday, February 26, at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Stephanie Street.
The family-owned restaurant promises an elevated yet welcoming experience rooted in culture, memory, and community. Hayworth will offer dinner nightly and weekend brunch, positioning itself as a new neighborhood destination for locals.
The opening follows the successful launch of Reznik’s first Ogden Hospitality concept, SMKD BBQ, which quickly earned attention for its bold flavors and chef-driven approach.

A Deeply Personal Vision From Chef Alex Reznik
Chef Reznik is best known as a Top Chef Season 7 alum and a Beat Bobby Flay champion. He grew up in an Eastern European and Jewish household where food played a central role in daily life. Family meals, tradition, and humor shaped his earliest understanding of hospitality.
Hayworth reflects that upbringing in a refined but approachable way. The menu draws inspiration from Reznik’s heritage and his career in leading kitchens across Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. Each dish combines soulful flavors, classic technique, and modern presentation.
Reznik describes Hayworth as his most personal project to date. He sees it as more than a restaurant. For him, it is a place where stories, culture, and creativity come together around the table.
Menu Highlights Rooted in Comfort and Craft
The Hayworth menu balances elegance with familiarity. Dishes feel comforting but thoughtful, with bold flavors and careful execution.
Standout starters include King Salmon & Latke, which pairs crisp potato latkes with rich salmon. Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté with sorrel offers warmth and depth, while Beef Tongue Agnolotti combines crème fraîche, chicken jus, Meyer lemon, and chili crisp.
One of the menu’s most indulgent dishes is the Potato with Caviar. Fingerling potatoes come topped with cultured cream and Kaluga caviar. The dish delivers richness and briny contrast while tapping into nostalgic comfort.
Heartier entrées anchor the menu. Guests can order Half Chicken prepared paprikash-style with duck fat potatoes and dill crème. Sablefish glazed in apple honey arrives with parsnip, beurre blanc, and trout roe. A 24-Hour Wagyu Brisket stands out as a signature item, slow-cooked and finished with bone marrow jus, eggplant, and sunchoke.
Many dishes are designed for sharing, reinforcing Hayworth’s role as a gathering place for family and friends.

Thoughtful Desserts With Old-World Inspiration
The dessert program is led by acclaimed pastry chef Miloš Babić, a Las Vegas-based chef with experience across fine dining and large-scale events. His background includes work with Bellagio Resort, Monogram Mediterranean Restaurant, and major events like Coachella and Formula 1.
Desserts blend nostalgia with modern technique. Highlights include Honey & Olive Oil Cake with halva and goat milk ice cream. Elevated Sufganiyot filled with rose jam reimagine a classic favorite. A rich Chocolate Babka rounds out the menu with deep cocoa flavor and comforting tradition.
Hayworth will also offer a kid-friendly menu. The dishes stay approachable while using the same quality ingredients and care as the main offerings.

World-Class Cocktail Program Led by Giuseppe González
The bar program at Hayworth is curated by award-winning bartender Giuseppe González, one of the most influential figures in modern American cocktail culture.
González built his reputation at legendary New York bars including Flatiron Lounge, Clover Club, PKNY, and Suffolk Arms. He is also the creator of the iconic Trinidad Sour, now a staple on cocktail menus worldwide.
At Hayworth, González brings a menu that blends classic structure with modern flair. Guests can expect drinks such as the Trinidad Sour, Benton’s Old Fashioned, Black Manhattan, Made in Cuba, and Infante. Each cocktail is designed to complement Reznik’s food while standing on its own.
A Warm, Glamorous Space Designed for the Community
Hayworth spans 4,200 square feet and blends modern warmth with subtle glamour. The 80-seat dining room features brown and deep blue velvets, fluted wood paneling, and warm low lighting inspired by old Las Vegas. A striking marble bar seats 25 guests.
The restaurant also includes a 30-seat outdoor patio. The space extends the dining room outdoors and creates a relaxed setting for sunset cocktails and alfresco meals.
Built as a true neighborhood restaurant, Hayworth welcomes date nights, family celebrations, weekend brunches, and late-night gatherings. The name comes from the Los Angeles street where Reznik once lived and welcomed his first child, reinforcing the restaurant’s focus on family and community.
