LAS VEGAS — Gospel music will take center stage on the Las Vegas Strip this fall as three legendary performers launch the new Legends of Gospel: Vegas Residency at The Theater inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
The Clark Sisters, Fred Hammond and Deitrick Haddon will headline the opening weekend on Thursday, Oct. 8, and Friday, Oct. 9. Doors open at 7 p.m., and both performances begin at 8 p.m. Organizers expect the two-night event to attract gospel fans from across the country.
The residency marks an important moment for Las Vegas entertainment. It brings gospel music back to a major Strip venue while introducing a recurring concert series that celebrates some of the genre’s most influential artists. Future performances are already planned, with additional artists expected to join the residency.
Gospel legends share one stage
The opening lineup features three artists who helped shape modern gospel music.
The Clark Sisters remain the best-selling female gospel group of all time. Their powerful harmonies and timeless hits have inspired generations of singers. Their influence reaches far beyond gospel music and continues to impact artists across multiple genres.

Virgin Hotels hosts the residency
The concerts will take place inside The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
The recently renovated venue seats approximately 4,600 guests. It features upgraded bars, luxury suites, new VIP lounges and enhanced guest amenities. The venue regularly welcomes nationally recognized entertainers, and the gospel residency adds another major attraction to its calendar.
Guests can purchase tickets through AXS or directly through Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. VIP experiences and meet-and-greet packages are also available for many ticket holders.
