Las Vegas locals looking for a sweet spring outing have a new seasonal experience to try. Ethel M Chocolates is hosting limited-edition Spring Chocolate & Wine Tastings at its flagship store in Henderson.
The tasting experience pairs handcrafted chocolates with curated wines. Guests can enjoy the event with or without wine, making it suitable for families, couples and groups of friends celebrating the Easter season.
The tastings run now through April 5, 2026 and feature several seasonal chocolate creations.
Seasonal chocolate and wine pairings
This year’s tasting menu highlights four chocolate and wine pairings designed for spring flavors.
Featured pairings include:
- Milk Chocolate Strawberry Cream (new flavor) paired with Brachetto D’Acqui
- Sea Salt Caramel Milk Chocolate paired with Sandeman Tawny Port
- Dark Chocolate Peanut Toffee Crunch (new flavor) paired with Brachetto D’Acqui
- Lemon Satin Crème Dark Chocolate paired with Moscato D’Asti
The tasting allows guests to explore how different wines enhance chocolate flavors. The experience also introduces visitors to new seasonal creations from the brand.
Limited-edition Easter chocolate collection
Ethel M Chocolates has also released its 2026 Easter Collection. The limited-edition assortment features egg-shaped chocolates filled with four new flavors.
New flavors in the Easter collection include:
- Milk Chocolate Strawberry Crème
- Milk Chocolate Caramel Espresso
- Dark Chocolate Peanut Toffee Crunch
- Dark Chocolate Fresh Squeezed Lemon Crème
The seasonal chocolates are available online and at Ethel M locations around Las Vegas.
In addition to the Easter collection, shoppers can find other specialty assortments including peanut butter chocolates, truffles, satin crèmes, liqueur chocolates and customizable chocolate boxes.
All Ethel M chocolates are crafted without artificial flavors. Colors used in the designs come from natural sources.
Free Easter Bunny photos for families
Families visiting the flagship store can also meet the Easter Bunny during a special spring event.
Free photo opportunities will take place:
- Saturday, March 28 — 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday, March 29 — 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Guests do not need to register for the photos. Visitors are encouraged to bring a phone or camera. Each child will also receive a free chocolate sample.
