Open house gives public rare access to flight school, new aircraft, and hangar services
All In Aviation hosted a free open house on Thursday, May 1 to unveil its expanded facility at Henderson Executive Airport. Guests toured simulators, walked hangars, and learned how to train, maintain, and buy planes—all in one location. Just Now News was on-site and spoke directly with company leaders. It was clear this is where Southern Nevada learns to fly and buys new aircraft. The All In Aviation open house provided an excellent opportunity for the public to access these facilities.

Company leaders confirm growth across staff, fleet, and sales
Just Now News connected with Flight Operations Director Carl May and Administrative Director Mary Alice Rasmuson during the event. May noted that All In Aviation supports a team of nearly 80 aviation professionals, including certified flight instructors, maintenance technicians, and a full aircraft sales staff. The company operates across both its Henderson and North Las Vegas campuses.
The company’s fleet includes 26 active aircraft, including Cirrus SR20s, SR22s, and Cessna 172 Skyhawks. These aircraft are used daily for training, rental, and new plane sales. As a certified Cirrus Aircraft partner, All In Aviation gives buyers the ability to demo, order, and take delivery of new planes on site.
New classrooms and simulators enhance student experience
The expansion includes a new ground school classroom, updated instructor offices, event space, and a full elevator for accessibility. The result is a flexible, modern training environment built for both new and returning students. During the open house, guests experienced the ALSIM ALSR20 Cirrus simulator, a high-fidelity tool that mirrors actual aircraft controls. It gives students the ability to build skills and boost confidence before taking to the skies.
During the event, we had the chance to speak with current student Don Toki, whose connection to All In Aviation goes beyond personal training. His journey reflects exactly the kind of focused ambition the program is designed to support. Don’s mother works for a major airline, and being raised in that environment gave him an inside view of the industry’s pace, discipline, and opportunities. That early exposure didn’t just spark interest—it gave him direction.
Don is fully committed to completing every level of training at All In Aviation, not just as a student, but as someone who sees the program as a long-term part of his career. His goal is clear: he aims to fly for a major airline, and every step he takes is aligned with that mission. But beyond flying, he also hopes to return to All In Aviation in the future—as an instructor. For Don, the program represents more than a training ground. It’s a place he wants to give back to.
His story highlights the deeper impact of All In Aviation’s approach. It’s not just about earning certifications. It’s about creating a real pipeline to commercial aviation—and building a community where students like Don can grow, achieve, and eventually lead.

Public explores aircraft, attends ribbon cutting, and meets instructors
The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and attended by Councilwoman Monica Larson of Ward II. This further highlighted local support for All In Aviation’s expansion and impact on the Southern Nevada aviation community. Attendees toured the fleet, viewed avionics, and explored the newly acquired maintenance hangar. Planes were fitted with Garmin systems, glass panels, and the Cirrus parachute system. Each guest had a chance to sit inside, ask questions, and speak directly with instructors and sales professionals.

A one-stop destination to train, service, and buy a new plane
All In Aviation is the only center in Southern Nevada where customers can learn to fly, maintain aircraft, and purchase new planes in one location. This all-in-one model eliminates delays, adds convenience, and supports long-term aviation success.
Buyers receive full support from demo flights through delivery day. New aircraft sales are coordinated directly on site, making it easier for students to transition from renting to ownership.
All In Aviation leads Nevada aviation
After touring the expanded facility and speaking with leadership, Just Now News confirms that All In Aviation stands as Southern Nevada’s regional leader in flight training and new aircraft sales. Their experienced team, cutting-edge fleet, and streamlined training-to-ownership process make them the top destination for both future pilots and serious buyers.
Whether you’re pursuing aviation as a passion or a profession, this open house offered a clear view of why All In Aviation is the best place to start.
