Exwayz Secures New Funding
Exwayz has raised €1 million to speed up its work in 3D navigation and real-time positioning. CentraleSupélec Venture led the round, and the i-Lab Innovation Competition grant under France 2030 added to the total. The company now aims to make precise 3D localization easy for all makers of autonomous systems. As a result, the funding supports the global rollout of Exwayz 3D navigation and strengthens its technical reach.

Demand Grows for GPS-Free Robotics
Robots now operate in delivery, transport, inspection and logistics. However, many systems fail when GPS drops in ports, factories, warehouses and dense cities. Exwayz solves this challenge with its Exwayz SLAM software. The tool uses LiDAR to give robots real-time location data with centimeter accuracy. In addition, it lets machines work in complex sites where GPS cannot stay stable. Therefore, more companies look to Exwayz for reliable navigation.
Clear Mission from the Founders
“Our mission is simple,” said Hassan Bouchiba, cofounder and CEO of Exwayz. “We want to make 3D localization easy for any autonomous system. We aim to remove limits that slow robotics in industry, mobility, logistics and safety.” His comments show the drive behind Exwayz 3D navigation and its growing role in the sector.
Funding to Boost R&D and Deployment
Exwayz will expand its R&D team with experts in algorithms, 3D vision and data science. This step increases speed in product development. The company also plans to improve the robustness of its SLAM solution. In addition, it will grow its global rollout through new partnerships and pilot projects. The startup receives support from 21st by CentraleSupélec at Station F. It also closed an early round with CentraleSupélec Venture, which helps fuel its next phase.
Partners Deploy Exwayz Worldwide
Exwayz already works with global robotics and geospatial companies. For example, Embotech in Switzerland uses Exwayz SLAM to guide autonomous trucks in ports and logistics hubs. In 2026, the Port of Rotterdam will deploy 30 such trucks. “Exwayz gives us strong LiDAR-based mapping and localization,” said Giorgio Corbellini, COO of Embotech. “Their updates and support help us move fast.”
In the United States, Cyvl.ai uses Exwayz SLAM to map road networks with high accuracy. The company now serves more than 200 cities. “Exwayz powers our SLAM pipelines with strong results at scale,” said Daniel Pelaez, CEO of Cyvl.ai. “Their software is reliable and their team supports us well.” Together, these partners show how Exwayz 3D navigation performs across real-world missions.
Industry Leader Joins as Advisor
Exwayz has added Yves Bonnefont as a non-executive advisor. He is known for his work in mobility and software at Stellantis, where he led key digital programs. His experience will guide Exwayz as it grows its presence in autonomous systems. In addition, he brings strong insight into global mobility markets.
A Growing Force in Robotics
Founded in 2021, Exwayz builds software that gives autonomous systems precise 3D positioning without GPS. The SLAM technology is used in logistics, inspection and mobility and has been proven in large fleets. The company has earned major recognition, including the i-Lab Innovation Competition and the Future 40 program at Station F. These milestones show steady progress as Exwayz grows its role in Exwayz 3D navigation and prepares for wider adoption.
