Ferraro’s Ristorante will host a special Ferraro’s Easter dinner Las Vegas celebration on Sunday, April 5. The restaurant will serve a three-course Italian holiday menu from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Executive chef Mimmo Ferraro designed the seasonal menu. It highlights classic Italian flavors and fresh spring ingredients. Guests can expect dishes featuring lamb, asparagus, mint and truffle.
The Ferraro’s Easter dinner Las Vegas menu costs $75 per person. Meanwhile, children 12 and under can order a kids menu for $18.
Italian appetizers start the Easter meal
First, guests choose one appetizer from the antipasti selection.
Options include burrata with blueberry compote and Prosciutto di Parma. Another choice is vitello tonnato with roasted veal, tuna sauce and capers. Meanwhile, the bufala caprese features Regina Bianca mozzarella with seasonal tomatoes and aged balsamic.
Guests may also select cacio e pepe arancini topped with truffle cream. In addition, crostini primavera offers whipped ricotta with peas, asparagus and mint. Finally, gamberi marechiaro features shrimp with white wine, lemon, basil and cherry tomatoes.
Main course options feature seafood, lamb and pasta
Next, diners choose their main course.
The menu includes porchetta with crispy pork belly and rapini. Meanwhile, the filetto d’agnello presents herb-crusted lamb with mint reduction and asparagus.
Seafood lovers can choose asparagus risotto with seared scallops. In addition, Mediterranean branzino comes with sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes.
Guests may also order filet mignon with porcini mushroom sauce. Finally, the house-made tagliatelle pasta includes crab, black pepper, lemon zest and pecorino.
Italian desserts complete the holiday dinner
Finally, guests select one dessert.
Choices include torta della nonna, a custard pie with pine nuts and lemon zest. Another option is pistachio passion mousse with walnut crust. Meanwhile, classic cannoli feature sweet ricotta filling with cinnamon and pistachios.

The Ferraro’s Easter dinner Las Vegas experience also includes a children’s menu.
Kids may choose cheese pizza, spaghetti and meatballs or rigatoni with butter. Each meal also includes a scoop of gelato for dessert.
Ferraro’s will serve the Easter dinner for dine-in guests only. Reservations require a credit card. In addition, the special menu cannot combine with other offers.
