Hayworth Restaurant Hiring in Henderson: Join Us!

HENDERSON, NV Hayworth is preparing to open its doors in Henderson later this month. As a result, the restaurant has launched an active hiring push to build its opening team.

The chef-driven concept will debut on February 26, 2026. However, before opening day arrives, Hayworth is seeking talented hospitality professionals who want to grow with a new local restaurant.

Hiring begins this week in Henderson

Hayworth will host open interviews from Wednesday, February 11 through Friday, February 13. Applicants should bring a resume and come prepared for on-site interviews.

In addition, candidates who cannot attend in person may email their resume directly.

The restaurant is hiring for several key roles.

Front-of-house positions include:

• Servers
• Hosts
• Food runners
• Server assistants

Back-of-house positions include:

• Line cooks
• Prep cooks
• Dishwashers

According to the team, Hayworth wants individuals who care about service, teamwork and attention to detail. Experience matters. However, attitude and work ethic matter just as much.

A new chef-driven restaurant for the community

Hayworth comes from Ogden Hospitality, a Las Vegas-based restaurant group founded in 2025 by chef and hospitality executive Alex Reznik.

Previously, Reznik launched SMKD BBQ, which quickly gained attention for bold flavors and strong local support. Now, he brings a new concept to Henderson.

Unlike traditional casual dining, Hayworth blends refined comfort food with a welcoming neighborhood feel. The team designed the space to feel polished yet relaxed. Therefore, both special occasions and casual dinners will feel at home.

Additionally, Hayworth will feature a world-class cocktail program curated by award-winning mixologist Giuseppe González. Together, the culinary and bar teams aim to deliver a balanced dining experience that feels thoughtful and complete.

Building culture from day one

Opening a restaurant requires more than recipes and décor. Instead, success depends on the people who create the guest experience.

For that reason, Hayworth is focusing heavily on team culture during hiring.

Front-of-house team members will guide guests through the menu and provide attentive service. Meanwhile, back-of-house staff will ensure consistency, timing and quality in every dish.

Furthermore, leadership wants team members who value communication and professionalism. From the first shift, the goal is to create a strong, supportive workplace.

Convenient Horizon Ridge location

Hayworth will open at 1450 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite C-205, in Henderson. The location sits near the intersection of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Stephanie Street.

Because of its central setting, the restaurant aims to serve both neighborhood regulars and visitors exploring the area.

Open interviews will take place at the restaurant location during the three-day hiring event.

Growing the Henderson dining scene

Henderson continues to expand as a dining destination. As new residents move into the area, demand for high-quality local restaurants continues to rise.

Therefore, Hayworth enters the market at a strong moment.

Ogden Hospitality believes great restaurants build connection. Instead of focusing only on food, the group centers its concepts around hospitality and community.

Hayworth reflects that philosophy. The menu will highlight approachable American comfort dishes. At the same time, the cocktail program will bring elevated creativity to the experience.

Opening set for February 26

Hayworth officially opens Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Until then, the team is focused on hiring individuals who want to grow with a new concept from the ground up.

Hospitality professionals interested in joining Hayworth can attend interviews February 11–13. Alternatively, they may email resumes directly to hayworth@carmaconnected.com.

As opening day approaches, Hayworth aims to build momentum, excitement and a team ready to welcome Henderson guests with confidence.
