Local Businesses and STEM Leaders Invited to Power the 15th Annual Celebration of Innovation
LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the 15th Annual Las Vegas Science & Technology Festival are issuing an urgent call for community partners and exhibitors to step forward ahead of this year’s week-long celebration of STEM education.
The festival runs April 24 through May 2, 2026. However, the deadline for businesses to register as exhibitors for the Giant Expo is April 1, 2026.
The Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum, in partnership with the Clark County School District, leads the annual event. Together, they aim to spark curiosity and highlight the science, technology, engineering and math opportunities available across Southern Nevada.
Now, as planning accelerates, organizers say community involvement remains essential to making the 15th year the most impactful yet.
Businesses Can Inspire the Next Generation
Festival leaders are actively seeking STEM professionals, educators, businesses and nonprofit organizations to participate as sponsors, exhibitors, classroom speakers and event hosts.
Because students learn best through real-world interaction, organizers encourage experts from healthcare, engineering, environmental science, robotics, aviation, gaming technology and renewable energy to get involved. By sharing hands-on demonstrations and career stories, participants help students see what is possible.
In addition, local companies can host free public activities during “Science is Everywhere Weekend.” Professionals may also volunteer to speak in CCSD classrooms throughout the week.
Most notably, businesses can secure exhibitor space at the Giant Expo on May 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. The expo serves as the festival’s signature closing event and typically attracts thousands of families.
Giant Expo Brings Science to Life
Each year, the Giant Expo transforms into an interactive hub of discovery. Students and families explore hands-on experiments, robotics demonstrations and career showcases.
As a result, exhibitors gain direct access to young learners eager to explore STEM pathways. At the same time, businesses strengthen community ties while building awareness of future career opportunities.
Organizers stress that early registration ensures strong placement and smooth planning. Therefore, the April 1 exhibitor deadline remains firm.

A Festival Rooted in Community Growth
Since its launch in 2011, the Las Vegas Science & Technology Festival has grown into Nevada’s largest educational event. Over the years, it has connected thousands of students with mentors, employers and hands-on learning experiences.
Because the festival offers free programming to families, local partnerships make the difference. Community participation ensures access to meaningful education while highlighting the region’s growing STEM workforce.
Moreover, the festival reinforces that innovation thrives right here in Southern Nevada.
Museum Leadership Drives the Mission
The Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum founded the festival to extend learning beyond its walls. Established in 1989, the nonprofit museum has grown into a Smithsonian Affiliate and an accredited member of the American Alliance of Museums.
Today, it serves as a federal and state repository for fossils and artifacts. Visitors explore exhibits ranging from prehistoric life to modern scientific discovery.
Festival organizers believe the 15th anniversary provides a powerful moment to unite educators, businesses and families around a shared goal: building a stronger STEM future.
Final Reminder for Exhibitors
Time remains, but organizers urge businesses not to wait. The April 1, 2026 exhibitor deadline approaches quickly.
By participating, companies help inspire curiosity while strengthening Southern Nevada’s talent pipeline. Meanwhile, families gain free access to educational experiences that can shape career paths.
