Locals flock to celebrate the 18th annual culinary event, Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2025, across Las Vegas and the Strip
I had the chance this week to catch up with Johnny Seo, Executive GM and Regional Director of Sushi Roku and BOA Steakhouse Las Vegas. He shared insights on Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2025, now in its 18th year. It continues to attract a passionate crowd of locals eager to explore the city’s vibrant dining scene.
During Restaurant Week (June 2-13), locals come out in force to enjoy exclusive menus, support local eateries, and experience the best food offerings on the Strip and beyond. Sushi Roku stands out by combining exquisite cuisine. It also has one of the most breathtaking views in Las Vegas.
Sushi Roku’s exclusive four-course dinner menu for Restaurant Week
The specially curated menu at Sushi Roku Las Vegas highlights the best of its innovative Japanese cuisine. Guests choose from:
- First course: Premium Edamame or Brussels Sprout Chips seasoned with truffle oil and salt
- Second course: Sizzling Ribeye served with shishi caper sauce or a fresh sushi assortment featuring tuna, yellowtail, salmon, albacore, toro, fluke, shrimp, and baked crab handroll
- Third course: Signature rolls exclusive to Sushi Roku Las Vegas — the Haru Roll (popcorn shrimp tempura, avocado, tuna, salmon with yuzu ponzu olive oil sauce) or the Spicy Panko Shrimp Roll (breaded shrimp, cucumber, onions, mayo, spicy tuna, serrano chili)
- Fourth course: Yuzu Cheesecake or Mochi Ice Cream for dessert
The dinner is priced at $100 for an unforgettable four-course experience, dine-in only.
Why locals love Las Vegas Restaurant Week
Restaurant Week has grown into a beloved tradition, allowing locals to sample high-end dining at approachable prices. It encourages exploration beyond the usual favorites. Residents are invited to experience new culinary creativity from chefs across the city and the Strip.
Johnny Seo emphasized that Las Vegas Restaurant Week goes far beyond a promotional event — it unites the community through the power of food. He shared that locals across the city eagerly take part, not just to enjoy exclusive menus, but to explore the culinary scene that defines the heart of Las Vegas. Sushi Roku plays a unique role in this tradition.
As the only Japanese restaurant participating this year, it brings a rare and refined flavor to the lineup. Guests consistently praise the balance of upscale ambiance and relaxed hospitality, making it a standout destination during the event. The restaurant is also widely known for its signature VIP service. This service offers a personalized and attentive experience that elevates every visit. From start to finish, diners feel welcomed, celebrated, and part of something truly special. All of this is done while contributing to a greater cause that impacts the entire community.
The unmatched view at Sushi Roku
Situated on the 3rd floor of The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Sushi Roku offers one of the best dining views on the Strip. Guests enjoy their exquisite meals while taking in sweeping vistas of the Las Vegas skyline. This combination of exceptional cuisine and atmosphere creates a memorable experience. It keeps locals coming back year after year.
About Las Vegas Restaurant Week and community impact
Now in its 18th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week is more than just a dining event — it’s a community movement. Participating restaurants contribute to the cause by supporting Three Square Food Bank, Southern Nevada’s largest hunger-relief organization.
Three Square has provided over 644 million pounds of food since 2007. It collaborates with local businesses and volunteers to ensure no one in the community goes hungry. During Restaurant Week, a portion of proceeds helps fuel this vital work.
