New seasonal offerings focus on social dining, plant-forward plates, and interactive entertainment
LAS VEGAS – May 2026 — Flight Club Las Vegas has introduced a refreshed summer menu designed around group dining, social experiences, and interactive entertainment at its location inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
The updated menu adds new craft cocktails, elevated shareable dishes, and expanded plant-forward selections as the venue prepares for the busy summer season. Flight Club said the additions were created to complement its Social Darts® experience while encouraging guests to snack, share, and socialize between rounds of gameplay.
The entertainment venue combines tech-enabled darts with food, drinks, and hospitality in a Victorian fairground-inspired setting filled with vintage details and colorful décor.
Menu adds shareables and lighter summer flavors
The refreshed lineup includes several new small plates and group-friendly dishes. New additions include red pepper hummus served with vegetables and toasted pita along with corn ribs topped with BBQ butter, cilantro crema, lime, and smoked paprika.
Flight Club also expanded its shareable menu with BBQ brisket sliders, calamari, gyros, lemon pepper wings, and spiced piri piri chicken. Meanwhile, signature entrée additions include a citrus grilled chicken sandwich, a smash burger, and an asparagus and mushroom salad with optional steak or chicken add-ons.
The updated menu also places greater focus on plant-forward dining. Nearly half of the new dishes support vegetarian or plant-based preferences. Organizers said the goal was to integrate those items naturally throughout the menu rather than isolate them in a separate category.
Seasonal cocktails designed for social atmosphere
Flight Club also introduced several new cocktails, including the Jungle Bird, Kiwi Gimlet, Mixed Berry Splash, and the Durango. Guests can also order zero-proof versions of the drinks.
Executive chef Jeff Martell said the summer menu emphasizes brighter flavors and lighter dishes designed for social settings.
“We focused on dishes that are easy to eat, easy to share and don’t interrupt the overall experience,” Martell said.
He added that the dishes allow guests to continue playing and socializing without heavier meals slowing down the experience.
Venue combines dining and entertainment
Flight Club Las Vegas continues to grow as one of the Strip’s interactive dining and entertainment destinations. Guests can reserve semi-private gameplay spaces known as “oches” while enjoying cocktails, food, and Social Darts® competitions.
The company encourages reservations for gameplay, although walk-ins remain welcome for dining and drinks.
