Sustainable Seasonal Dining: BMA House Summer 2025 Menus

Seasonal dishes meet smart event planning in Bloomsbury

BMA House unveils Summer 2025 menus

BMA House has launched its new Summer 2025 menus, blending vibrant seasonal dishes with eco-conscious planning. Located in London’s elegant Tavistock Square, the historic venue continues to set the standard in sustainable catering.

93% of clients now prefer set menus

The venue’s switch from bespoke to curated set menus has seen a 93% adoption rate for hot fork buffet packages. In BMA’s Summer 2025 event planning, the move simplifies planning and helps reduce food waste. Thanks to harmonized ingredients and seasonal produce, BMA House offers stable pricing even as industry costs rise.

Chef creativity shines through seasonal choices

Venue Manager Hannah Robinson says this shift inspires greater creativity in the kitchen. The summer menus feature fresh and flavorful options like heritage tomato tart tatin with Kalamata olive salad and strawberry bavarois with lavender tuille. Each dish blends flavour with flair while staying true to the venue’s eco values. Menus from BMA Summer 2025 certainly highlight these features.

Great value without compromise

The popular Day Delegate Rate (DDR) of £95 per person includes a two-course buffet from the summer menu and all meeting essentials. For evening events, a fine dining experience is available at £90 per person, also drawn from the seasonal set. Attendees can enjoy the BMA Summer 2025 menu selections at great value.

Proven sustainability across every plate

BMA House has removed red meat from its menus, sources 70% plant-based ingredients, and maintains a zero-to-landfill policy. These efforts have earned the venue a Green Tourism Gold certification. They emphasize eco-friendly practices in BMA Summer menus.

“Set menus aren’t about limiting choice – they’re about making better ones,” adds Robinson. Clients enjoy less decision fatigue, consistent quality, and a greener way to host events.

Now available for all events

The Summer 2025 menus are ready to book for conferences, receptions, and private events. With its heritage setting, modern sustainability practices, and standout seasonal dishes, BMA House offers an event experience that’s both premium and planet-friendly. Guests can enjoy BMA Summer 2025 menus at any event.
