The Thanksgiving dinner costs $55 per person and features a variety of delicious dishes, including:
- Crispy Brussels Sprouts Salad with pancetta vinaigrette, pomegranate, delicata squash, and aged balsamic
- Italian Sausage Casserole with creamy baked macaroni and golden breadcrumbs
- Brown Butter Pumpkin roasted with sage and pumpkin seeds
- Potato Purée made with roasted garlic and parmesan
- Roasted Turkey with white and dark meat, chive butter, turkey gravy, and herbs
- Apple Pie à la Mode for a classic sweet finish

Take Thanksgiving Home with Balla’s To-Go Dinner
For guests celebrating at home, SAHARA Las Vegas Thanksgiving Italian Style also offers a convenient to-go dinner. The culinary team prepares each meal fresh, then packages it with care for easy transport. Guests can simply reheat and serve.
The to-go option costs $95 and serves two to four people. It includes all the same dishes featured in the dine-in menu. Orders must be placed by Saturday, Nov. 22, and pick-up will be available on Thursday, Nov. 27, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
