A Night of Empowerment and Celebration
On October 30, 2025, WISE Las Vegas hosted its annual Women of Inspiration event at the T-Mobile Arena. Nearly 400 guests joined an evening filled with empowerment, elegance, and entertainment. The theme, “Winter Glam: Fierce, Frosted & Fabulous,” set the tone for a night that honored women breaking barriers in sports, entertainment, and gaming. As a result, the WISE Las Vegas Women of Inspiration event has become a tradition that uplifts women who lead with strength and heart. Every year, it brings together professionals, students, and leaders to celebrate success and unity.
Honoring Women Who Inspire
This year’s honorees showed the incredible talent and dedication of women shaping the Las Vegas community and beyond. Each award highlighted leadership, courage, and the drive to make a difference. The honorees included:
- Kim Frank, Woman of Inspiration of the Year – President, Vegas Golden Knights Foundation & Chief Community Officer, Vegas Golden Knights
- Ivette Fernandez, Global Impact Award – VP, Government Relations, TKO (UFC, WWE, PBR)
- Stephanie Bruckner, Connecting Gaming with Sports Award – VP, Global Portfolio Strategy, Light & Wonder
- Brette Sadler, Legacy Award – Founder, WISE Las Vegas & Senior Director of Marketing, Jacksonville Jaguars
- Diana Bennett, Las Vegas Trailblazer – Chairman & Co-Founder, Paragon Gaming; Founder, Rebels EmpowHer
- Lori Nelson-Kraft, Woman of Inspiration in Events – SVP, Corporate Affairs, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix
- Lindy La Rocque, Woman of Inspiration in Sports – Head Coach, UNLV Women’s Basketball
Together, these women continue to open doors for others. Their work proves that leadership, vision, and persistence create real change. Consequently, their stories inspired everyone in attendance.
Entertainment and Energy Filled the Night
The evening flowed with energy and excitement. Alli Starr’s performance brought the crowd to its feet, while DJ Kelly J kept the celebration alive with music that matched the mood. Meanwhile, Jennifer “Jaybee” Beasley delivered a moving performance of the National Anthem. She also hosted the red carpet, bringing charm and confidence to each conversation. In addition, emcee Sibley Scoles kept the energy high with humor and charisma, guiding guests through a night full of joy and pride. Therefore, every moment felt powerful and uplifting.
Supporting the Next Generation
WISE Las Vegas also used this celebration to support the next wave of women in sports and events. This year, the organization launched the DivHERsity Book Scholarship Fund to help students pay for their academic books. The first recipients, Ivana Hernandez and Aolani Pitts, received $500 scholarships on stage. Both students were honored for their dedication and academic success. Through this effort, WISE Las Vegas continues to build opportunities for young women to grow and succeed. Moreover, it shows that empowerment is not only about recognition but also about creating access and support for the future.
