Avoid Traffic: Helicopter Transfers for EDC Las Vegas 2027

LAS VEGAS — Festival season is already taking off for 2027 as Maverick Helicopters has officially opened sales for its highly anticipated EDC Las Vegas helicopter transfers.

The luxury aviation company, which serves as the exclusive helicopter provider for Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, began accepting reservations at noon PST today. The announcement comes nearly a year before EDC returns to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for a historic two-weekend event.

EDC Dusk is scheduled for May 14-16, 2027, while EDC Dawn will follow on May 21-23, 2027. The festival remains North America’s largest electronic dance music event and attracts hundreds of thousands of attendees from around the world each year.

Fast alternative to festival traffic

For more than 15 years, Maverick Helicopters has provided transportation between the Las Vegas Strip and EDC festival grounds.

The service allows guests to avoid lengthy traffic delays that often occur before and after the event. Instead of spending hours traveling by vehicle, passengers can reach the festival in just minutes.

Additionally, helicopters land at a dedicated heliport located near the festival entrance. This convenient access helps guests maximize their time enjoying performances, art installations and attractions.

Bryan Kroten, Vice President of Marketing for Maverick Helicopters, said the company is preparing for its largest EDC operation to date.

EDC Las Vegas returns for two weekends in 2027, and we’re scaling up to deliver the world’s largest helicopter operation,” Kroten said.

He added that the service allows guests to spend more time at the festival and less time sitting in traffic.

Individual and private flight options available

Festivalgoers can choose between individual seats and private charter flights.

Individual seat pricing begins at $675 for a one-way transfer and $975 for round-trip service per event day.

Meanwhile, private charter flights accommodate up to seven passengers. Private one-way charters start at $4,500, while round-trip charter service is priced at $6,750 per event day.

Because demand traditionally exceeds available inventory, early reservations are strongly encouraged.

Booking early gives guests a better opportunity to secure preferred departure and return times.

EDC continues global growth

Electric Daisy Carnival has grown into one of the world’s most recognizable music festivals.

The annual event combines electronic dance music, large-scale stage production, interactive art displays and immersive experiences. As a result, visitors travel from across the globe to attend the Las Vegas edition.

The decision to expand EDC Las Vegas into two separate weekends for 2027 reflects the event’s continued popularity and growing audience.

Transportation services such as Maverick Helicopters are expected to play an even larger role in helping attendees navigate the massive event.

Reservations for EDC Las Vegas 2027 helicopter transfers are available now through Maverick Helicopters.
