Families celebrating Passover in Southern Nevada will have a new dining option this spring. Hayworth restaurant in Henderson will offer a special Passover Seder experience for two nights only.
The restaurant will host the holiday dinner on April 1st and April 2nd starting at 5 p.m. each evening. The experience features a multi-course, family-style meal inspired by traditional Passover dishes.
Chef Alex Reznik created the menu to reflect the meaning of the Seder while adding his own culinary style. The dinner highlights the history and symbolism behind the holiday meal.
Guests may also order from Hayworth’s regular dinner menu. Several dishes from the Seder menu will also be available à la carte.

A Passover dinner designed for sharing
The Seder experience is designed as a shared meal for the entire table.
The prix fixe dinner costs $125 per guest, not including tax or gratuity. Children ages seven and older may attend for $45, while children six and under dine free.
Guests may also choose an optional wine pairing for $59 per person.
Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. The entire table must participate in the Seder experience.
Private dining rooms are available for groups of up to 20 guests, making the restaurant a good option for families celebrating the holiday together.
Traditional Seder dishes with modern touches
The evening begins with a preset Seder plate that reflects traditional elements of the Passover meal.
Highlights include buckwheat charoset with apple, walnut and plum wine, along with beet and black tea–cured eggs served with fresh horseradish.
Guests will also enjoy smoked lamb shank with garlic fat and parsley, wild bitter greens with radish and salt water, and hand-crushed matzo with schmaltz whip and crispy chicken skin.
These opening dishes honor the symbolism found in a traditional Seder meal.

Comforting classics and chef-driven flavors
The second course offers several small dishes inspired by Eastern European Jewish cooking.
Guests will enjoy black borscht, smoked matzo dumplings and beet-cured cod terrine, a playful nod to traditional gefilte fish.
The course also includes warm beef brisket and tongue, adding a rich and comforting flavor to the meal.
The main course features a large family-style spread designed for sharing.
Highlights include 72-hour garlic lamb shoulder, whole grilled fish and Holubtsi, a stuffed cabbage dish adapted for Passover.
Sides include crisp-edge potato kugel, duck fat potatoes with caraway and braised red cabbage with apple.
Guests may also add horseradish-crusted prime rib for an additional $22 per person.

Flourless desserts close the holiday meal
The final course features several flourless desserts created for the Passover celebration.
Guests can enjoy a flourless poppy seed cake inspired by makivnyk, along with a rich dark chocolate torte served with plum reduction.
The dessert course also includes cherry compote and chocolate matzo crunch.
For guests looking for a traditional Eastern European finish, the restaurant offers an optional tableside add-on.
The experience features frozen potato vodka served with a pickle brine chaser and plum compote.

A new Henderson restaurant from chef Alex Reznik
Hayworth opened earlier this year in Henderson. The restaurant is the newest concept from chef and hospitality leader Alex Reznik, founder of Ogden Hospitality.
Reznik previously launched SMKD BBQ (Smoked Meats Killer Drinks) in the Las Vegas area.
Hayworth continues his focus on chef-driven dining with a strong connection to the local community. The restaurant pairs a thoughtful menu with a craft cocktail program.
The Passover Seder dinner offers a way for families and friends to gather and celebrate the holiday through food and tradition.
