LAS VEGAS — Ferraro’s Ristorante will host a special wine dinner with Marchesi Antinori on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6 p.m. The event will feature a multi-course menu paired with wines from one of Italy’s most influential producers.
The dinner will highlight Tignanello, a well-known Super Tuscan wine. In addition, the event will include several other Antinori labels that helped shape modern Italian wine.

Guest speaker adds rare access for attendees
Importantly, Alessia Antinori will attend the event as a guest speaker. She represents the latest generation of the Antinori family and plays a key role in winemaking.
During the evening, she will speak with guests and share insight into the family’s history. She will also explain how Antinori continues to evolve its wines.
As a result, attendees will gain direct access to one of Italy’s leading wine families.
Wine lineup reflects Tuscan influence
The dinner will follow a structured tasting format. Each course will pair with a specific wine.
First, guests will taste Guado al Tasso Vermentino. This wine offers citrus notes and a light finish.
Next, Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva will provide balance and depth. Then, Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore will introduce richer flavors.
Finally, Tignanello will serve as the centerpiece of the evening. This wine blends strength and elegance, which defines the Super Tuscan style.
To conclude, Vin Santo will complete the tasting with a traditional dessert pairing.

Chef-designed menu complements each pour
At the same time, the kitchen will serve a multi-course Italian menu. Each dish will match the wine selection.
The meal begins with Carpaccio di Capesante, featuring raw scallop with citrus and herbs. Next, Sformato di Pecorino delivers a warm and savory course.
After that, Ricotta Cavatelli Tartufata offers pasta with mushroom and black truffle. For the main course, chefs will present Costine Brasate, a braised short rib dish.
Finally, guests will enjoy Cantuccini paired with Vin Santo.

Chef highlights importance of collaboration
Mimmo Ferraro said the event reflects strong partnerships with Italian winemakers.
“Marchesi Antinori represents the heart of Tuscan winemaking,” Ferraro said. “Hosting a member of the Antinori family and showcasing these wines is an honor.”
He added that these collaborations allow the restaurant to offer unique dining experiences.
