Water drives, golf tournaments, community events and fundraisers aim to strengthen services across Southern Nevada
LAS VEGAS — HELP of Southern Nevada is preparing for one of its busiest fundraising seasons yet, with a full calendar of community events designed to support vulnerable families, individuals experiencing homelessness, and at-risk youth throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
From water drives during the summer heat to golf tournaments, community give-back nights, and annual fundraising traditions, the nonprofit organization is inviting Southern Nevadans to make a difference throughout 2026.
The schedule reflects HELP’s continued commitment to providing critical services while engaging the community in creative and meaningful ways.
Each event supports programs that help local residents overcome barriers and move toward self-sufficiency.

Water drive returns as temperatures rise
The organization’s largest summer initiative is already underway.
The 15th Annual HELP2O Water Drive runs through Sept. 7 and focuses on providing bottled water to individuals facing extreme heat conditions throughout Southern Nevada.
As temperatures regularly climb into triple digits, access to water becomes a life-saving resource for many people experiencing homelessness.
Community members can donate bottled water at HELP’s Framing Hope Warehouse on East Flamingo Road.
The effort receives additional support from several community partners.
The Las Vegas Aviators are hosting donation opportunities at games through July 12.
Meanwhile, 97.1 The Point, Lotus Broadcasting, and participating Smith’s locations are helping collect donations through the Water Extravaganza campaign.
Organizers say every bottle donated directly supports individuals facing dangerous summer conditions.

Golfers prepare to tee off for a cause
HELP of Southern Nevada will host its 31st Annual Golfer’s Roundup on June 10 at Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City.
The charity tournament remains one of the nonprofit’s most anticipated annual fundraisers.
Registration begins at 7 a.m., followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
Participants will enjoy a day of golf while raising funds that support HELP’s programs and services.
The event concludes with a luncheon and awards ceremony.
Organizers expect strong participation from community leaders, local businesses, and supporters throughout Southern Nevada.

Community partnerships drive support
Additional fundraising events continue throughout the summer.
On June 23, supporters can visit Chicken N Pickle for a Give Back Night benefiting HELP of Southern Nevada.
Ten percent of purchases made during the event will be donated directly to HELP programs.
The evening offers families an opportunity to enjoy food, drinks, and pickleball while supporting a local nonprofit.
The fundraiser demonstrates how partnerships with local businesses can create simple ways for residents to give back.
These collaborations continue playing an important role in expanding community support.

Sweet treats help fund services
HELP of Southern Nevada will also partner with Freed’s Bakery on July 14 for a special cupcake fundraiser.
The one-day event allows supporters to purchase cupcakes online for just $1.50 each.
Orders must be placed in advance and purchased in multiples of six.
Proceeds will benefit programs that help families and individuals access housing assistance, workforce development services, and other critical resources.
Organizers say the fundraiser provides a fun and affordable way for community members to support a meaningful cause.

Poolside fundraiser heads to Virgin Hotels
Summer fundraising efforts continue in August with Cabana for a Cause at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Scheduled for Aug. 3, the event allows supporters to enjoy a relaxing poolside experience while contributing to HELP’s mission.
Guests can reserve private cabanas and spend the day with friends while supporting programs that assist vulnerable individuals throughout Southern Nevada.
Organizers hope the event will attract both longtime supporters and first-time participants.
The fundraiser combines entertainment with philanthropy in a uniquely Las Vegas setting.
Popular fall traditions return
As summer transitions into fall, HELP of Southern Nevada will host two of its most recognized annual fundraising events.
Tea, Trends and Tranquility returns Sept. 25 at Durango Casino & Resort.
The afternoon gathering will feature tea service, psychic readings from Mystic Mona, a fashion show, and a silent auction.
Proceeds support HELP’s efforts to prevent and end homelessness.
The organization’s Halloween-themed Night of the Witches event follows on Oct. 28 at Grape Street Café & Wine Bar in Downtown Summerlin.
Hosted by Mystic Mona, the event includes costume contests, raffles, themed drinks, and entertainment.
The annual fundraiser has become a favorite among supporters and regularly attracts guests from across the Valley.
Supporting Southern Nevada year-round
While the events vary in size and style, they all serve the same purpose.
Every dollar raised helps fund programs that support housing stability, workforce development, behavioral health services, youth assistance programs, and emergency resources.
HELP of Southern Nevada continues serving tens of thousands of residents each year through its nine departments and numerous community initiatives.
As fundraising season continues, organization leaders encourage residents to participate in any way they can.
Whether donating water, golfing, purchasing cupcakes, or attending a fundraiser, every contribution helps strengthen services that many Southern Nevada families rely upon during difficult times.
