LAS VEGAS — The popular yacht rock band The Docksiders will continue performing in Las Vegas after extending their residency at 1923 Live through 2027.
Officials announced the extension following strong demand and a run of sold-out shows at the Prohibition-style venue inside Grand Canal Shoppes.
The show has become a regular draw since opening in 2024. Organizers say the residency has entertained hundreds of thousands of guests.

Show builds strong following on the Las Vegas Strip
Since its debut, The Docksiders have built a loyal audience. The band delivers a high-energy performance focused on classic yacht rock hits.
The show combines live music with an intimate setting. As a result, guests experience both a concert and a themed night out.
In addition, the venue’s speakeasy-style design adds to the experience. Guests enter through a hidden entrance and enjoy a 1920s-inspired atmosphere.
Because of this format, the show stands out from larger production shows on the Strip.

Award-winning act continues momentum
The Docksiders gained further recognition in 2024. The group won Best of Las Vegas – Resident Performer/Headliner.
This award helped confirm their place among the city’s top live acts.
Kevin Sucher, founder of Sucher Entertainment, said the partnership has created a unique experience.
He noted that the show remains the only yacht rock experience on the Las Vegas Strip.
As a result, the band continues to attract both tourists and local fans.

VIP experience adds value for guests
The show also offers a bundled VIP experience. This package costs $98 and includes several perks.
Guests receive:
- A premium VIP table seat
- A signature captain’s hat
- Entry to the Minus5° Ice Bar
- Two complimentary drinks
Because of this package, the show positions itself as a strong value compared to other Las Vegas entertainment options.
In addition, the all-in-one experience makes it easy for guests to plan their night.
Venue highlights immersive entertainment concept
1923 Live offers a smaller and more immersive venue compared to traditional theaters.
The space features Prohibition-era décor and a stage designed for close-up performances.
Guests can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails during the show.
The venue overlooks the indoor canal and gondolas inside the Grand Canal Shoppes.
Because of this setting, the experience blends live music with themed entertainment.
Leadership cites strong audience response
Company leaders say audience response drove the decision to extend the residency.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the overwhelmingly enthusiastic response from audiences,” said Noel Bowman, COO and partner of 1923 Live.
He added that the show continues to bring guests back for repeat visits.
