Lisa Vanderpump is preparing to officially debut her highly anticipated new boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip as excitement continues building around one of the city’s biggest hospitality openings of 2026.
The new property, officially named The Vanderpump Hotel, is expected to begin welcoming guests in mid-May 2026, with overnight hotel reservations currently beginning May 29, according to Caesars Entertainment booking information.
The luxury boutique resort replaces the former Cromwell Hotel and marks Vanderpump’s first-ever hotel venture in Las Vegas.

Lisa Vanderpump Expands Her Las Vegas Empire
Over the last several years, Lisa Vanderpump has become one of the most recognizable hospitality figures on the Las Vegas Strip.
Her growing portfolio already includes Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas.
The Vanderpump Hotel now becomes her most ambitious Las Vegas project to date.
Industry insiders say the hotel represents a major step forward for celebrity-branded hospitality experiences on the Strip.

The Cromwell Receives Complete Transformation
The former Cromwell property is undergoing a dramatic redesign under Vanderpump’s creative direction.
Located at the busy intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, the boutique resort sits directly in the center of the Strip near several major resorts and attractions.
The property features 188 redesigned guest rooms and suites created by Vanderpump alongside longtime design partner Nick Alain.
According to Caesars Entertainment, the rooms feature moss-green tones, dusty lilac colors, mixed metallic finishes, and custom-designed furniture created specifically for the hotel.

New Lounge and Rooftop Pool Experience Coming Soon
The hotel will also introduce an entirely new cocktail lounge created exclusively for the property.
Meanwhile, Soleia rooftop pool and event space will serve as one of the hotel’s signature attractions once fully opened to guests.
Hospitality experts say rooftop pools and immersive nightlife spaces continue driving strong tourism demand in Las Vegas.
Because modern visitors increasingly seek luxury social experiences, many new Strip properties now focus heavily on entertainment and lifestyle branding.

Existing Attractions Remain Open During Transition
Although the hotel transformation remains ongoing, several existing attractions at the property continue operating normally.
According to Caesars Entertainment, GIADA restaurant, Starbucks, Drai’s After Hours, Caesars Sportsbook, and casino gaming operations remain open during the renovation process.
This allows visitors to continue accessing parts of the property while construction moves toward completion.
Fans Already Planning Summer Trips
Fans of Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have already begun planning Las Vegas trips around the hotel opening.
Social media excitement surrounding the property has continued growing throughout spring 2026.
Travel experts expect the boutique hotel to attract reality television fans, luxury travelers, nightlife visitors, and bachelor and bachelorette groups throughout the summer season.
Celebrity Hospitality Continues Growing in Las Vegas
Celebrity-driven hospitality experiences continue becoming a major part of modern Las Vegas tourism.
From celebrity chefs to musicians and television personalities, entertainment brands now play a major role in shaping the city’s resort industry.
Industry analysts believe The Vanderpump Hotel could become one of the Strip’s most photographed and talked-about new destinations once fully operational.
Reservations for overnight stays are currently available through Caesars Entertainment for arrivals beginning May 29, 2026.
