Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli will offer a specialty Mother’s Day brunch on May 10, featuring a menu centered on Northern Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
The brunch will run from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the restaurant’s west Las Vegas location near Summerlin. Organizers said the event is designed to provide families with an off-Strip dining option during one of the busiest restaurant holidays of the year.
Brunch Menu Focuses on Northern Italian Cuisine
Executive chef Giancarlo Bomparola created the menu around traditional Northern Italian recipes and cooking techniques.
The brunch selection includes dishes such as Frittata Primavera, Ravioli Carbonara, Cannelloni, and Prime Rib served with truffle butter and asparagus.
Seafood options will also be available, including pan-seared red snapper prepared with white wine and clams. Another featured entrée includes filet topped with crab meat and served alongside potatoes and asparagus.
Because of the variety of dishes, the restaurant expects the brunch to attract both regular customers and holiday visitors looking for a broader menu selection.
Chef Emphasizes Traditional Preparation
Bomparola said the brunch menu reflects a more traditional Northern Italian approach to cooking.
“Our specialty Mother’s Day brunch reflects how we actually cook in Northern Italy,” Bomparola said.
He added that the restaurant focuses on balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients rather than oversized portions or heavy sauces.
The menu also includes house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, Italian sandwiches, and desserts prepared in-house.
Holiday Dining Continues to Drive Restaurant Traffic
