LAS VEGAS — South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa is preparing for a busy July with a full calendar of gaming promotions, dining deals, live entertainment and community events designed to attract both locals and visitors.
The property’s July lineup celebrates America’s 250th anniversary while offering opportunities to win cash, enjoy discounted dining and experience some of the most popular entertainment acts visiting Las Vegas this summer.
Several promotions will run throughout the month, giving guests multiple chances to participate.
Cash promotions headline July gaming action
Slot players will find one of the property’s biggest summer promotions with the $250,000+ Cash Blast. Every Sunday and Monday through July 27, a floor-wide progressive jackpot will randomly award active carded slot players. The jackpot starts at $1,000 and grows until it reaches a winner before hitting $5,000. When the jackpot hits, all active carded players receive $15 in Free Play before the progressive resets.
Poker players can qualify for the $333,000 Summer Freeroll Tournament by logging 100 hours or more in eligible games through July 31. First place will earn $40,000, and qualifying players receive $200 simply for making the tournament.

Bingo fans can look forward to the Firecracker Specials Bingo Promotion over Independence Day weekend.

July’s entertainment schedule features tribute acts and legendary performers inside South Point’s Showroom.
Highlights include Neil Diamond Legacy Concert, TURN THE BEAT: A Gloria Estefan Tribute, Good Vibrations: Celebration of The Beach Boys, Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone, The Righteous Brothers Farewell Performances and Human Nature: Back to the Sound of Motown.
