New experiences, future hotel development and enhanced event options strengthen the venue’s position in the UK events sector
WARWICKSHIRE, England — The British Motor Museum is expanding its meetings and events offering as businesses and associations increasingly seek venues that deliver more engaging and memorable experiences for attendees.
Located in the heart of the United Kingdom’s automotive industry, the British Motor Museum has announced a strengthened corporate and association strategy designed to help event organizers create greater value for delegates.
The enhanced approach combines flexible conference facilities, museum experiences, team-building activities, incentive programs and future hospitality development.
Moreover, museum leaders believe today’s event planners want venues that provide more than traditional meeting space.
Instead, organizers are searching for destinations that encourage networking, learning and meaningful engagement.

Venue focuses on the full delegate experience
The British Motor Museum has introduced several new options aimed at improving the delegate journey.
Organizers can now choose from expanded “Enhance Your Event” experiences that add personality and interaction to conferences, meetings and exhibitions.
These options include private museum tours, access to historical archives, vehicle displays, scavenger hunts, team-building challenges and remote-controlled car racing.
Additionally, custom catering experiences and driving activities help create unique event programs tailored to individual client needs.
Toby Batchelor, Head of Commerce at the British Motor Museum, said event organizers face growing pressure to demonstrate value and deliver memorable experiences.
According to Batchelor, successful events must provide attendees with reasons to participate while supporting broader business objectives.
As a result, the museum continues investing in experiences that combine education, networking and entertainment.

Historic automotive collection creates unique setting
The British Motor Museum is home to the world’s largest collection of historic British automobiles.
That collection plays a central role in the venue’s event strategy.
Rather than functioning solely as a conference center, the museum incorporates its exhibits and automotive heritage into corporate programs and association events.
Consequently, organizers gain access to a venue that blends professional meeting facilities with cultural and industrial history.
The property includes 17 meeting rooms capable of accommodating groups ranging from six to 600 delegates.
Meanwhile, the Conference and Exhibition Suite supports large-scale presentations, exhibitions, gala dinners and vehicle-access events.
The museum’s 65-acre campus also offers outdoor space suitable for product launches, ride-and-drive programs and team-building activities.

Incentive experiences continue to grow
The museum has also expanded its incentive and recognition offerings.
Its “Incentives Beyond the Ropes” program provides exclusive access to vehicles, museum archives and behind-the-scenes experiences.
Furthermore, the initiative allows organizations to reward employees, partners and clients through experiences connected to British automotive history.
The museum recently strengthened its business development team as well.
Tracy Ford joined the organization as Business Development Manager and will focus on growth across agency and direct client markets.
Ford said many organizations now expect venues to support broader event goals rather than simply providing meeting space.

Future hotel project supports long-term growth
The venue’s appeal is expected to increase further with the planned Fairfield by Marriott hotel adjacent to the museum.
The 142-room hotel is scheduled to open in June 2027.
Once completed, the development will support multi-day conferences, residential meetings and larger incentive programs.
Additionally, the hotel will allow organizers to host attendees on-site while expanding networking and evening event opportunities.
Museum officials believe the investment will strengthen the destination’s position within the competitive UK meetings and events market.
As businesses continue prioritizing face-to-face engagement, the British Motor Museum aims to provide a venue that combines innovation, history and professional event delivery.
