Las Vegas Restaurant Week Returns June 1 Through June 12
LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas Restaurant Week returns from June 1 through June 12, 2026, as restaurants across Southern Nevada prepare special menus to help support Three Square Food Bank.
The annual dining event encourages residents and visitors to enjoy local restaurants while helping families facing food insecurity throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Participating restaurants donate a portion of proceeds from select menu sales to Three Square Food Bank during the event.
Among this year’s participants are Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli and Chill Bar & Grill. Both restaurants are owned by chef Giancarlo Bomparola and will feature multi-course prix fixe menus inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Restaurant Week continues growing every year as more Las Vegas restaurants join the community fundraising effort.
Siena Italian Trattoria Reveals Four-Course Italian Menu
Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli will offer a four-course Restaurant Week menu priced at $60 per person. The menu will be available during both lunch and dinner service.
Guests can choose from several traditional Italian dishes prepared with house-made ingredients and Northern Italian influences.

The second course features pasta selections including:

Chill Bar & Grill Offers Mediterranean Fusion Dishes
Chill Bar & Grill will also participate in Las Vegas Restaurant Week with a four-course menu priced at $40 per person.
The restaurant combines Mediterranean flavors with American-style comfort food and nightlife dining experiences.

Restaurant officials say Chill Bar & Grill continues attracting local residents because of its cocktails, happy hour specials and live entertainment atmosphere.
Chef Giancarlo Bomparola Highlights Community Support
Chef and owner Giancarlo Bomparola said Restaurant Week reflects the importance of community and generosity through food.
“In Italian culture, food is never just about the meal itself,” Bomparola said in a statement. “It’s about community, conversation and taking care of one another.”
Bomparola also said Las Vegas Restaurant Week creates an opportunity for restaurants to support an important cause while bringing people together through dining experiences.
Three Square Food Bank continues helping thousands of Southern Nevada families every year through food assistance programs and community partnerships.

Siena Italian Trattoria Remains Popular Off-Strip Destination
Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli is located at 9500 W. Sahara Ave. near the Summerlin community.
The restaurant includes a trattoria, deli, bakery and marketplace featuring imported Italian products, cheeses, meats and desserts.
