Ferraro’s Ristorante will bring back its seasonal “Summer in Italy” dining special beginning June 15, offering a four-course prix fixe menu centered on traditional Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
The promotion will continue through Aug. 23 and will be available daily from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Restaurant officials said the annual offering highlights lighter dishes commonly associated with summer dining in Northern and Southern Italy.

Seasonal Menu Focuses on Fresh Ingredients
Executive chef Mimmo Ferraro designed the menu around summer produce, seafood, herbs, and house-made pasta.
Guests will select one item from each course category, beginning with antipasti options such as zucchini blossoms, burrata with blueberry compote, calamari fritti, and shrimp prepared with lemon and white wine.
The menu then moves into pasta dishes that include pistachio pesto gnocchi, spaghetti with clams, zucchini fettuccine, and rotating ravioli specials.
Because of the seasonal approach, the dishes emphasize lighter textures and fresh ingredients instead of heavier sauces typically associated with colder months.
“This time of year, Italian cuisine shifts to lighter and brighter flavors,” Ferraro said.

Traditional Entrées Included in Prix Fixe Offering
The main course selections include salmon served with pistachio pesto risotto, veal scaloppine with lemon and white wine, breaded chicken Milanese, and eggplant parmigiana.
The restaurant will also offer a petite filet mignon with porcini mushroom sauce as part of the dining special.
One of Ferraro’s signature dishes, Osso Buco, will also be included with an additional charge. The entrée features veal shank braised in red wine reduction and served with saffron risotto.
Because Osso Buco has remained one of the restaurant’s best-known menu items, officials expect strong demand for the upgraded option throughout the summer promotion.

Dessert Menu Includes Classic Italian Favorites
The final course includes traditional Italian desserts such as tiramisu, cannoli, gelato, and pistachio mousse cake.
The dessert selections continue the restaurant’s focus on house-made preparation and traditional Italian presentation.
In addition, the menu structure allows guests to customize the experience across multiple courses without fixed combinations.

Summer Dining Promotions Continue Across Las Vegas
Restaurants throughout Las Vegas often introduce seasonal prix fixe menus during summer months as tourism patterns shift and local dining activity increases.
Industry analysts say prix fixe offerings remain popular because they provide guests with a structured dining experience at a set price point.
Because of this trend, many independent restaurants use summer menus to highlight seasonal ingredients and signature dishes while encouraging repeat visits.
Ferraro’s annual “Summer in Italy” special has become one of the restaurant’s recurring seasonal promotions.
Longstanding Italian Restaurant Expands Local Following
Ferraro’s Ristorante has operated in Las Vegas for decades and continues to draw both tourists and local diners.
The restaurant is known for its wine program, hand-made pastas, seafood dishes, and traditional Italian cooking methods.
In addition to its main dining room, the property includes lounge seating, private dining areas, and patio service.
Because of its location near the Las Vegas Strip but outside resort properties, Ferraro’s has developed a strong customer base among local residents seeking off-Strip dining options.
Italian Cuisine Remains Popular in Las Vegas Market
Italian dining continues to be one of the strongest restaurant categories in Las Vegas. Both casino-based and independent restaurants compete heavily in the market.
Industry observers note that restaurants emphasizing authenticity and regional Italian cooking styles continue to perform well with repeat customers.
Ferraro’s focuses specifically on traditional preparation and premium ingredients rather than large-format tourist dining.
Because of that positioning, the restaurant has continued to receive recognition from food and hospitality organizations over the years.
Reservations Encouraged During Summer Promotion
The restaurant said reservations are encouraged during the promotional period, particularly on weekends.
The four-course menu will cost $75 per person before tax and gratuity.
Guests can reserve tables online or by phone.
