LAS VEGAS — A new nightlife experience is preparing to debut high above the Las Vegas Strip.
Opening Aug. 8 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Vinyl Room promises to blend elevated dining, handcrafted cocktails and immersive music into one sophisticated destination. Developed through a partnership between Live Nation and MGM Resorts International, the new venue takes inspiration from Japan’s iconic high-fidelity listening lounges while adding a distinctly Las Vegas twist.
Located on the 63rd floor of Mandalay Bay, Vinyl Room combines sweeping views of the Strip with an atmosphere designed for music lovers, food enthusiasts and nightlife seekers alike.

Music takes center stage
Unlike a traditional lounge, Vinyl Room places music at the heart of the experience.
Inspired by the listening cafés that became popular in Japan during the 1970s, the venue features an acoustically tuned sound system built around vinyl records. Thousands of albums line the walls, celebrating artists who have performed in Las Vegas throughout the decades.
The carefully curated collection serves as both décor and tribute to the city’s remarkable entertainment history.
Whether guests arrive before a concert or stay late into the evening, every visit promises a soundtrack designed to match the venue’s intimate atmosphere.

A fresh take on Asian-inspired cuisine
The culinary program embraces bold Asian-inspired flavors created for sharing.
Guests can enjoy dishes including Sushi Tots, Chili Crunch Chicken Wings and traditional Japanese Taiyaki for dessert. The menu pairs familiar comfort foods with modern presentations, creating an approachable yet refined dining experience. The cocktail menu continues the musical theme.
Signature drinks take inspiration from legendary songs, including the rum-based Golden Years and the vodka-based House of the Rising Sun. In addition, guests will find premium wines, craft beers, spirits and thoughtfully prepared zero-proof cocktails.
Together, the menu and beverage program create an experience that extends well beyond late-night drinks.

Membership offers exclusive access
Vinyl Room also introduces an exclusive membership program for guests seeking an elevated experience.
Members receive premium seating, reserved tables and access to exclusive events throughout the year. Additional benefits include dedicated members-only spaces, personalized service and Las Vegas concert ticket credits.
The venue will host private events, corporate gatherings, convention receptions and brand activations. Flexible seating arrangements, multiple private bars and full-service event production allow Vinyl Room to accommodate everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale events.

A new chapter for Mandalay Bay
Vinyl Room builds upon the legacy of Mandalay Bay’s longtime Foundation Room while introducing an entirely new identity inspired by music, design and hospitality.
The rooftop venue welcomes guests nightly beginning at 4 p.m., creating an ideal destination for sunset cocktails, dinner or late-night entertainment overlooking the Las Vegas skyline.
Its combination of panoramic views, carefully curated music and elevated cuisine adds another distinctive experience to one of the Strip’s most recognizable resorts.

Looking ahead
Las Vegas continues reinventing its entertainment landscape, and Vinyl Room reflects that evolution.
Instead of focusing solely on nightlife, the venue brings together exceptional dining, premium cocktails and the timeless appeal of analog music in one immersive setting.
As opening day approaches, Vinyl Room appears ready to become one of the city’s newest destinations for visitors looking to experience something different above the lights of the Strip.
